Hello! My name is Skye, and I will be graduating with my Master's in Social Work in August 2025 emphasizing in clinical work.  I graduated from Utah State University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and minoring in Human Development and Family Studies.

As my therapeutic experiences continue to grow, I have found my best connections and services are offered in a safe space where people are invited to be entirely themselves. My approach in therapy is strength based and client centered. I believe we are all experts in our own life experiences, and sometimes we just need a place and space to emotionally process and release the things that are creating a block to a more meaningful and joyful life.

While I enjoy working with people of all ages and stages of life, my undergraduate experience was working in a middle school working with adolescents, so I particularly enjoy working with children and teens and helping them learn to navigate and manage their feelings and emotion. Some of my current areas of educational focus are clinical work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Sandtray Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma informed care.
