Rates and Payments
Average cost per session is $115-$200
Accepted forms of payment:
Cash, Check, Credit Card, and HSA
A credit card or HSA card is required for all account activations.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is held specifically for you, and because of this, cancellations and rescheduled sessions will be subject to a full charge if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Insurance will NOT pay for cancellation fees.
