Working With Your Insurance

Please verify your insurance coverage, co-payment, and benefits prior to your first appointment.  The following questions will help guide your research.

  • Do I have mental health benefits?

  • Do I have a deductible? How much?

  • Do I have a co-payment?

  • How many sessions do I have per year?

  • What is my calendar year?

  • What is my portion of the cost?

  • Is this therapist paneled?

For your records, keep note of the date/time, name of the representative you spoke with, and call reference number.

Rates and Payments

Average cost per session is $115-$200

Accepted forms of payment: 

Cash, Check, Credit Card, and HSA

A credit card or HSA card is required for all account activations.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is held specifically for you, and because of this, cancellations and rescheduled sessions will be subject to a full charge if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.  Insurance will NOT pay for cancellation fees.
