About Me.

Being human can be difficult, especially during seasons of grief, stress, burnout, addiction, and major life transitions. My goal as a therapist is to create a supportive and welcoming environment where clients feel safe, respected, and understood.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I believe healing begins through honest connection, self-acceptance, and feeling truly heard. I enjoy working with individuals, caregivers, parents, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, emotional exhaustion, relationship stress, addiction recovery, and the challenges that come with caring deeply for others.

I have a strong passion for supporting caregivers, parents of children with disabilities, and individuals experiencing burnout or feelings of isolation. I also enjoy working with clients navigating substance use and recovery, helping people better understand the emotional pain, shame, stress, and life experiences that often exist underneath addiction. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported in building stability, self-worth, and meaningful change.

In addition, I enjoy working with men’s mental health concerns, including emotional suppression, stress, anger, relationship difficulties, identity struggles, and the pressure many men feel to carry everything alone.

I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and strive to provide a space where clients feel valued, accepted, and empowered to be themselves. My goal is not to “fix” people, but to walk alongside them as they build insight, resilience, healing, and hope.
