About Me.

Hello! My name is Christina Ledesma, and I’ve called Cache Valley home since 2012. I was raised on a farm in California’s Central San Joaquin Valley, and living here reminds me of the beauty found in nature, animals, and the simplicity of quiet living. I find joy in moments of stillness, walking outdoors, caring for my houseplants, and spending time with my family.

I hold two master’s degrees—one in Public Health (2004) and one in Social Work from Utah State University (2024). I am a Certified Social Worker actively working toward my licensure in Clinical Social Work.

I work with clients across the lifespan and am trained in Brainspotting, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Grief and Loss, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also incorporate a strengths-based perspective into my practice. I am fluent in Spanish and value the importance of culturally responsive care.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in kindness, compassion, and empathy. I believe deeply in the dignity and worth of every individual and in the healing power of genuine human connection.
