Types of Therapy

Brainspotting

The concept of where you look affects how you feel.  Brainspotting was developed by David Grand in an effort to help people access, process, and work through trauma, negative emotions, and pain.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT works on helping clients identify dysfunctional thoughts that could be tied to unhealthy emotions and behaviors. Clients are taught to challenge their thinking patterns.

Solution Focused Therapy

SFT is used to find quicker resolution to client's problems.  Together the client and therapist work on finding goals and solutions to work through the issues at hand.
