Types of Therapy
Brainspotting
The concept of where you look affects how you feel. Brainspotting was developed by David Grand in an effort to help people access, process, and work through trauma, negative emotions, and pain.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy is therapy technique that is used to help clients process PTSD, anxiety, and phobias. A therapist guides and assesses the client's eye movement.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT works on helping clients identify dysfunctional thoughts that could be tied to unhealthy emotions and behaviors. Clients are taught to challenge their thinking patterns.
Solution Focused Therapy
SFT is used to find quicker resolution to client's problems. Together the client and therapist work on finding goals and solutions to work through the issues at hand.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS is a therapy technique used to help individuals, couples, and families work through a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, phobias, and negative thought processes.
